Hundred days of Jaari in Nepali Hall on Saturday, earning 17 crores gross

Dayahang Rai and Miruna Magar starrer film Jaari reached 100 days on Saturday. The film, which was released on Baisakh 1, achieved this feat in some Nepali theatres on Saturday.

Producer Rambabu Gurung said that QFX has been screened for 100 days at Central Cinema, Big Movies and FQB Hall. The film crew including actor Rai, and actress Magar are expressing their happiness through social media.

According to the Film Development Board, this film directed by Upendra Subba has grossed Rs 17 crore 17 lakh 95 thousand at the Nepali box office till the end of June. According to the board’s data, the earnings of ‘Jaari‘ is only Rs 35 lakh behind that of ‘Chakkapanja 4’.

To celebrate 100 days, the producer has organized a ‘Success Celebration’ function on Saturday. This is the third consecutive hit film of ‘Kabaddi’ producer and director Rambabu Gurung. After ‘Kabaddi 4‘, ‘Phoolbari’, ‘Jaari’ has set a record at the box office.

‘Jaari’ had earned a boom in foreign countries as well. There are figures that the film earned aggressively in the Middle East, Australia, the UK and other countries. The film based on the ongoing customs of the Limbu community presents the story of the marriage culture and rituals of the community.
