It is a good habit to drink milk regularly, but you will get the full benefit after drinking it if you need to know some rules of drinking milk.
There are some things to eat and drink that should not be eaten even after a few hours of drinking milk, otherwise it can be detrimental to health:
1. Sesame and salt –
If you are eating sesame and salt products, then do not consume milk. It can hurt you. Only drink milk after consuming them for 2 hours.
2. Urad –
Consumption of milk after urad can cause many stomach and health problems. Therefore, keep the intake of urad dal and milk at least two hours apart.
3. Citric fruit –
Consumption of milk after consuming citric acid citrus fruits is harmful. Therefore, there needs to be a long interval between consuming both of them.
4.Fish –
If you are fond of eating fish, do not drink milk after accidentally eating it. Doing so can lead to food poisoning and other stomach problems.
5. Yogurt –
Do not consume milk after eating yoghurt, otherwise you may have stomach problems and digestive disorders.
